This beautiful old window is still in its original sash frame . It was removed from a house in SCARBOROUGH NORTH YORKSHIRE during refurbishement .RARE TO SEE SUCH A WINDOW OF SUCH QUALITY - THIS ONE HAS BEAUTIFUL GLASS AND SUCH BEAUTIFUL BIRDS & BUTTERFLIES. AMAZING COLOURS - BLUES - PEACH - PINK WITH A RARE BLUE BORDER.
Beautiful hand painted Birds ADORN THE CENTRE. It is an attribute of this heavy old glass to collect and softly diffuse the colours of the light falling upon it. The handpainting is crisp and bright with no sign of fading, a true work of art. The frame measures 24"W x 27 "H inc SASH FEET OF 3 1/2" THAT CAN BE REMOVED IF REQUIRED.
